Heating and Cooling
The best way to stay cool at Macs is to run down to the beach and dive into the surf. If that doesn't work we have some alternatives.
Aircon
The house can be heated or cooled using the control pads located in the TV room and the upstairs corridor. Turn on, use the arrows to navigate to temperature press select then use arrows to change temp. Use arrows to change mode if necessary. Press the menu select button to move to the zones. Zone 1 is the kitchen/dining area, zone 2 is the TV room.
Gas Fireplace
Turn the fire on by using the remote control shown. Stand close to the fire, point the remote at the fire and press the on/off button. You should see a spark by looking between the logs. This spark will turn into a flame in a few seconds. If it doesnt then turn off after about 20 seconds. Wait a minute and then try again. If none of this works you might have to reboot the fire! Look for the panel on left of fireplace, open and find the electrical plugs, pull them apart and put them back. Then try again.
