Macs Beach

If you're here for the nightlife you are probably in the wrong place.

Macs Beach is a quiet little surfing haven, so if you are into relaxing, swimming, bird watching, walking in the national park or having a glass of wine on the deck, this place is for you.

Its not all surf, the lagoon is a serene counterpoint to the rolling waves with its bursting with bird life and calm waters.

This is where the house is. It's reasonably new, google hasn't found it yet. The patrolled beach is a short stroll. To get to the surf club and Macs Beach cafe just head down to the beach and turn right, about 5mins. Turning left along the beach gets you to the lagoon, 10 mins and the Copacabana surf club and shops, 15 mins. If you keep going up the headland beyond Copa you get to a great lookout at the top. Perfect for whale watching. Keep on going and you can walk to Avoca.

Walk up to the headland for a fabulous lookout or keep going all the way to Avoca
